At Corporate Screening & Investigations, Inc. ("CSI"), we are committed to providing our clients with timely and reliable background check services. Please review our Fulfillment Policy below, which outlines important information about refunds, cancellations, delivery of services, customer support, privacy, legal restrictions, and promotions.

1. Refund Policy

No Refunds After Delivery
: Once a final report is delivered to the client via our secure online portal, no refunds will be granted.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered if an order is canceled before the report is delivered. Please note that additional charges may still apply for any work completed prior to cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Agreements
: For clients with subscription agreements, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior written notice, unless otherwise specified in our Client Agreement. Some clients may have unique terms, such as year-long contracts, where cancellation may not be permitted before the contract term ends or may require different notice periods. Please refer to your specific Client Agreement for detailed cancellation terms.

Pay-Per-Check Services: For pay-per-check services, orders can be canceled promptly; however, additional charges may still be involved depending on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.

3. Delivery of Services

Method of Delivery
: All background check reports are delivered through our secure online portal to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information.

Timeframes:

Domestic Background Checks: Typically delivered within 2 business days from the date of the order.

International Background Checks: Typically delivered within 7 business days from the date of the order.

Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA): Our services cannot be used for purposes covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including but not limited to employment screening, credit evaluation, insurance underwriting, or any other FCRA-governed activities.

Certification: By using our services, you certify that you will not obtain or use any information from CSI for any purpose that violates the FCRA or any other applicable laws.

7. Terms of Promotions

Current Promotions
: We are not offering any promotions, discounts, or trials at this time.Future Offers: Any future promotions will be clearly communicated through a sales rep, along with the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer.
